Mica Millar Announces New Album and Single
Soul singer Mica Millar has released the single "A Little More Time for Love" ahead of her second album "A Little Bit of Me," due June 5. The album follows her 2023 debut "Heaven Knows" and emphasizes authentic emotion and change. Millar drew inspiration from 1960s girl groups like The Supremes and The Emotions, as well as a performance mishap in Paris where a shortened set at New Morning revealed how energy peaked with her song "Trouble" then dissipated. For the new album, she wrote more songs to sustain that energy. The single's colorful music video reflects this success. Millar and her all-female band have upcoming live shows in Germany this summer.
