miart 2024 and Milan Art Week Return with Expanded Program

The 28th miart, an international fair for modern and contemporary art in Milan, is scheduled for April 12 to 14, 2024, at Allianz MiCo, with Nicola Ricciardi at the helm. Coinciding with Milan Art Week, which begins on April 8, the event will host 178 galleries from nearly 30 nations, centered around the theme "no time no space." New sections include Portal, curated by Abaseh Mirvali, featuring artists such as Franco Mazzucchelli and Anna Boghiguian, and Timescape, focusing on early 20th-century art. The fair will present ten awards and showcase significant pieces, including David Hockney's "Caribbean Tea Time," along with exhibitions by Pino Pascali and Nari Ward, and partnerships with unique venues like Anteo Palazzo del Cinema.
