Miami's Luxury Hotel and Dining Scene Heats Up Ahead of Art Basel

As Art Basel Miami Beach approaches, the city's luxury hotel landscape is more competitive than ever, with new additions like East, Faena, and Edition Hotel vying for the art world's affluent visitors. East, backed by Hong Kong investors, houses Quinto La Huella, a Paraguayan restaurant with an asador and striking decor. Faena, with Argentine investors, features an art center designed by Rem Koolhaas and the restaurant Pao by chef Paul Qui, serving Filipino-Texan-Japanese cuisine.
