Met Museum releases 1984 Van Gogh documentary online
The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has made a 1984 documentary about Vincent van Gogh's time in Arles available on its official YouTube channel. The film covers the 444 days the artist spent in the south of France from February 1888 to May 1889, during which he produced around 200 paintings, 100 drawings and watercolors, and wrote 200 letters.
