Mercedes-Benz unveils all-electric C-Class with 350-mile range and 482 hp

Mercedes-Benz has introduced an all-electric version of its C-Class compact sedan, featuring a bold design distinct from both its gasoline counterpart and other battery-powered models. The vehicle boasts a 350-mile range, a 482-horsepower dual-motor powertrain, and accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds. Its interior is dominated by a 39.1-inch Hyperscreen spanning the dashboard, while the exterior includes an illuminated faux grille and fastback-style roofline. The electric C-Class offers more interior space than the gas version and comes with a panoramic glass roof as standard. Powered by a 94 kWh battery with 800-volt architecture for fast charging, it also features regenerative braking and optional Airmatic suspension. Launch is expected in the first half of 2027, with pricing anticipated to exceed the gas model's $51,650 starting point. The design includes sharper lines and a longer wheelbase for a sleeker profile than traditional models.
