Mayfair Art Weekend's Conceptual Curveball Tour Guides Visitors Through Galleries

Mayfair Art Weekend launches on Friday 28 June with Gallery HOP!, featuring late viewings and special events from 6-8pm across over thirty participating galleries. ArtReview publishes weekly themed guides to navigate the area, with the third tour covering Brook Street to Savile Row and Dover Street. Latifa Echakhch presents Magnolias at Kamel Mennour through 13 July, featuring large-scale ink paintings and scattered magnolia petals exploring symbolic meanings. Keith Tyson's Life Still at Hauser & Wirth runs through 7 September, displaying 25 algorithmically influenced still-life paintings including floral arrangements and fantastical elements. Cardi Gallery hosts a tribute to Mono-Ha through 26 July, showcasing works by Japanese and Korean artists like Koji Enokura, Kishio Suga, Jiro Takamatsu, and Lee Ufan from the late 1960s-70s. Alvaro Barrington curates Artists I Steal From at Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac through 9 August, exhibiting works by 49 artists including Howard Hodgkin, Agnes Martin, Jacob Lawrence, Malick Sidibé, and Allison Katz. A panel discussion with Barrington, Julia Peyton-Jones, and Issy Wood, chaired by Jennifer Higgie, occurs on Monday 24 June at 5:30pm.
