Max Mara Art Prize for Women 2013-15 Shortlist Announced
The shortlist for the 2013-15 Max Mara Art Prize for Women has been revealed, showcasing five talented artists: Beatrice Gibson, Melanie Gilligan, Judith Goddard, Philomene Pirecki, and Corin Sworn. The selected winner will enjoy a six-month residency in Italy to develop new artwork, culminating in solo exhibitions at London’s Whitechapel Gallery and Collezione Maramotti in Reggio Emilia. The announcement of the winner is scheduled for early 2014, following the presentation of residency proposals by each of the shortlisted artists.
