Maurizio Cattelan's Bedtime Stories for New Museum
During the COVID-19 lockdown, the New Museum in New York launched a digital project called Bedtime Stories, conceived by artist Maurizio Cattelan. Cattelan invited friends and admired artists to read a passage from their favorite book, which were recorded on smartphones or computers and shared on the museum's website and social media. Participants include Rashid Johnson, David Byrne, Thomas Hirschhorn, Nicole Eisenman, Sarah Nicole Prickett, Iggy Pop, and many others such as Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, and Joan Jonas.
