Mátyás Fusz Explores Perception Boundaries at Cairo Contemporary

At Cairo Contemporary in Budapest, Mátyás Fusz presents his solo exhibition titled 'No Bottom, No Top,' which explores the boundaries of perception, both subjective and objective, through various sculptures, objects, and installations. A graduate in painting from the University of Pécs in 2009, Fusz completed his Ph.D. at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in 2021. His work investigates the complexities of defining similarity and difference. The exhibition, curated by Gábor Pintér, is organized by the Parallel Art Foundation. Fusz has showcased his art at several venues, including Budapest Gallery and Kiscelli Museum, and received the Leopold Bloom Fine Arts Award in 2023.
