Martin Creed installs rotating neon 'FEELINGS' sculpture at Guildhall School in London

Martin Creed has installed a new neon sculpture titled 'FEELINGS' in the foyer of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama's Millton Court building in London. The green neon sign rotates while moving slowly up and down, visible from inside the building and from external vantage points including Silk Street, Milton Street, and the Barbican highwalk. This commission was developed in collaboration with Barbican Art Gallery, marking Creed's latest public artwork in the city. The installation represents a continuation of Creed's exploration of text and light in urban environments, adding to his series of numbered works. Its placement at a performing arts institution underscores intersections between visual art and music. The sculpture's dynamic motion and visibility from multiple streets engage passersby with its emotive message.
