Mart di Rovereto dedica mostra ad Armando Testa, pubblicitario e artista

On July 22, the Mart Museum in Rovereto opened an exhibition titled "All the 'isms' of Armando Testa," honoring the renowned Torino-based advertising figure born in 1917 and passed away in 1992. The exhibit, curated by his widow Gemma De Angelis Testa and museum director Gianfranco Maraniello, highlights Testa's inspiration drawn from innovative artistic movements such as Futurism, Abstraction, and Surrealism. Visitors can view a selection of posters, artistic works, interviews, and vintage films, many sourced from Gemma's collection. A standout piece includes the iconic Punt e Mes image, created in the 1950s. Previous exhibitions took place in Rivoli in 2001 and Milan in 2010.
