Marinella Senatore's First Spanish Solo Show at IIC Madrid
Running until February 26, 2021, the Italian Cultural Institute in Madrid is showcasing 'Un corpo unico,' the inaugural solo exhibition of Marinella Senatore in Spain, with Ilaria Bernardi as the curator. This exhibition celebrates various projects from Spain while also introducing new pieces for the institute. Senatore, who is an artist, musician, and filmmaker, resided in Spain from 2005 to 2011 and is an alumnus of the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Included in the exhibition are the film 'Rosas – Public Opinion Descents upon the Demonstrators' and the documentary 'The School of Narrative Dance,' alongside traditional canvas artworks and interactive components. The exhibition is accessible by appointment only on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to 5 pm.
