Marina en Tychy: RS+ Robert Skitek Completes Sailing Marina on Lake Paprocany

architecture-design · 2026-05-25

In 2025, the sailing marina at Lake Paprocany in Tychy, Poland, was officially completed, thanks to the design work of RS+ Robert Skitek. Covering an area of 957 square meters, this marina marks the final stage of the eastern lakeside promenade and the pedestrian walkway. It follows the opening of the MOSM kayak marina, which debuted in 2020 just a short distance away. The project team included notable architects like Robert Skitek, Jakub Zygmunt, and others. Structural engineering was led by Marcin Matoga from MM Konstrukcje budowlane, while landscape architecture was designed by Tomasz Kurtek’s studio. Hadir Al Koshta oversaw the project, with photography by Tomasz Zakrzewski.
