Mariette Dölle to lead Kranenburgh Museum from June
Beginning June 1, Mariette Dölle will take over as director of the Kranenburgh Museum in Bergen. Dölle is transitioning from her previous role as artistic director at Tent Rotterdam, where she elevated the venue to a prominent hub for emerging artists and curators, while also introducing dynamic public programming. During her tenure at Tent, she curated notable exhibitions featuring artists such as Lara Almarcegui and Anne Wenzel. The Kranenburgh Museum, housed in a historic villa with a contemporary extension added in 2013, is celebrated for its extensive collection of Bergen School art as well as contemporary pieces.
