Marguerite de Merode's 'Libri allo specchio' at Biblioteca Angelica

Marguerite de Merode's exhibition 'Libri allo specchio' at the Biblioteca Angelica in Rome presents 25 works on paper, each pairing two photographs—one of a book's cover and one of its interior—with a written statement from a notable Italian cultural figure explaining the book's significance. Curated by Ludovico Pratesi, the show transforms reading from a private act into a shared experience. Participants include artists Mimmo Jodice and Marco Tirelli, directors Emanuele Crialese and Emma Dante, writers Dacia Maraini and Chiara Valerio, scientist Giorgio Parisi, philosopher Sebastiano Maffettone, and others. The exhibition runs until November 22, 2017, at the Salone Vanvitelliano.
