Margine Architects Renovate 1970s Villa in Salento for Young Couple

Margine architects Giulio Ciccarese and Valentina Pontieri have redesigned a single-family villa in Caprarica di Lecce, Italy, updating its 1970s aesthetics and functions for a young professional couple. The project, named Casa Lèvanzo, covers 140 square meters and is set for completion in 2026. Curated by Hadir Al Koshta, the renovation is situated in a small Salento village within the province of Lecce. The architectural team includes Arch. Samuele Stamerra and Designer Giulia Josè Conte.
