Marco Minoja Named Secretary General of Fondazione Torino Musei

institutional · 2026-04-26

Marco Minoja, a 1964-born Milanese archaeologist and manager, has been appointed Secretary General of Fondazione Torino Musei, replacing Elisabetta Rattalino. Minoja brings a strong managerial profile in the cultural sector, having served as Director General of Fondazione Milano Scuole Civiche, Regional Secretary of MIBACT for Lombardy, Archaeological Superintendent for Sardinia and Emilia-Romagna, and Director of Culture for the Municipality of Milan. His selection followed a public call launched in November 2024. He will oversee the foundation's five cultural lines—GAM, MAO, Palazzo Madama, Artissima, and Luci d'Artista—and six primary management functions. President Massimo Broccio highlighted Minoja's role in implementing the foundation's strategic plan, particularly the GAM renovation project, for which an international design competition has been announced.
