MANZ Bel Étage Renovation by Podrecca Architects in Vienna

Podrecca Architects, led by Boris Podrecca and Ivan Akerman, have completed the renovation of the MANZ Bel Étage, the headquarters of a renowned legal publishing house, located in Vienna's historic first district. The project, curated by Nina Vuga, covers 160 square meters and was completed in 2024. The design respects the original architecture by Adolf Loos, integrating modern interventions while preserving the historical character.
