Manuel Segade to lecture on Reina Sofía's new collection display
Museo Reina Sofía director Manuel Segade will deliver a conference on the museum's new collection presentation on the fourth floor, the first phase of a reorganization project aimed at improving public access to the MNCARS holdings. The talk reinforces the museum's goal of socializing narratives produced from within, at a time when its collections are under permanent review. The new display, open since February 18, occupies over 3,000 square meters in the Sabatini Building, offering a linear but not always chronological journey through twenty-one chapters covering fifty years of contemporary art in Spain. The lecture takes place on May 13 at 19:00 in Auditorio 400 of the Nouvel Building, with free entry until capacity is reached.
