Manik Sarkar's Debut Novel 'Ochsenkopf' Launches with German Reading Tour

Dutch author Manik Sarkar presents his debut novel 'Ochsenkopf' with an extensive reading tour across Germany and Switzerland. The novel tells the story of Rensing junior, a sensitive butcher's son who is passionate about meat and sausage products. From childhood, he helps his father in the butcher shop, aiming to modernize and make operations more efficient. He prioritizes meat quality, insisting only the best for his customers, yet lacks understanding of their needs.
