MAN Nuoro 2023 Program: Art and Architecture Intertwined
The MAN Museum in Nuoro has unveiled its 2023 agenda, which emphasizes architecture and visual arts, aligning with the 18th Venice Architecture Biennale. Director Chiara Gatti detailed four exhibitions: the spring showcase features the Potemkin Stairs from Odesa, utilizing resources from the Odesa Historical Archives and the University of Lviv; during summer, a collection of Henri Matisse's lesser-known sculptures will be displayed; another summer exhibition will celebrate the collaboration between Maria Lai and Jorge Eielson; and the year will wrap up with a project by Patrick Tuttofuoco, Pininfarina Architecture, and Maddalena d'Alfonso. Additionally, the museum collaborates with the Universities of Cagliari and Alghero for an April workshop and a residency exchange with Switzerland's Monte Verità Foundation.
