exhibition · 2026-04-23

From December 9, 2005, to September 17, 2006, Geneva hosts the sixth episode of Mamco's exhibition 'Conjonctions-Mille et trois plateaux'. The journey begins on the 4th floor with 'Poèmes sans prénoms' by Sylvia Bächli. On the 2nd floor, Anita Molinero's sculpture pays tribute to Carl Andre, linking her to a lineage of female artists. The abstract segment showcases works by Steven Parrino and Francis Baudevin, featuring Imi Knoebel's polyptych alongside Parrino's black wood panel. Postmodern photography by James Welling leads into spaces displaying Philippe Cognée and Luc Tuymans, including Cognée's carcass series and Tuymans's portraits spanning 1975 to 2003. Additionally, the exhibition features Allan McCollum and Douglas Huebler, with John Miller recently analyzing Huebler's contributions.
