Magnitudo Film offers free streaming of art documentaries
Milan-based production company Magnitudo Film has launched a free streaming initiative for teachers and enthusiasts, making all titles from its recently concluded season available online via its website. CEO Francesco Invernizzi stated the company aims to contribute culture during a time of collective duty, encouraging reflection and learning through documentaries. The lineup includes a documentary on Leonardo featuring philosopher Massimo Cacciari, architect Stefano Boeri, former Uffizi director Antonio Natali, and art historians Gigetta Dalli Regoli, Maria Teresa Fiorio, and Claudio Giorgione. Other titles cover Gian Lorenzo Bernini, narrated by director Anna Coliva at the Galleria Borghese; Antonio Canova, with a complete overview of works collected by his brother at the museum-house in Possagno; Mathera, exploring the Sassi of Matera; Palladio, tracing Venetian villas and Thomas Jefferson's inspiration; Dinosaurs, about the dinosaur fossil market; and Wunderkammer, a unique film on exclusive European art and naturalia collections in private palaces.
