Priced at €10.5 million ($12.3 million) in partnership with Javier Gallego of Casa Tessela Corp. LT., bidding starts between €4 million and €5 million. The sale includes a one-year membership to Club Myttas, a luxury lifestyle program worth €300,000. The residence features two en suite bedrooms, a study, and a kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances. Chad Roffers, CEO of Concierge Auctions, highlights this as a new category in real estate where design and collectability intersect. This auction marks Concierge Auctions' debut in Madrid.
