MACRO Rome Announces Autumn 2025 Program Under New Director Cristiana Perrella

Beginning on October 11, 2025, the MACRO museum in Rome will unveil its autumn season, led by the newly appointed artistic director, Cristiana Perrella. The inaugural exhibition, titled UNAROMA, is co-curated by Perrella and the outgoing director, Luca Lo Pinto, showcasing installations by Parasite2.0 with contributions from over 40 artists. This season will also feature various performances, workshops, and off-site activities. From November 2025 through February 2026, the museum will present One Day You'll Understand – Venticinque anni di Dissonanze, curated by Carlo Antonelli, Lorenzo Castore, and Valerio Mannucci, celebrating the Dissonanze festival. Additionally, the museum will reopen its library, introduce a video room, and launch a 100-seat cinema and a new terrace restaurant, Materia, as Perrella seeks to create an inclusive, innovative environment.
