festival-fair · 2026-04-19

From July 4 to September 28, Hong Kong's M+ museum will illuminate its Victoria Harbour facade nightly with Greg Girard's cinematic slideshow, HK:PM (2025), showcasing the Canadian photographer's analog images of Central district and Kowloon Walled City from the 1970s to the 1990s. In Ukraine, Ai Weiwei's inaugural commissioned work, Three Perfectly Proportioned Spheres and Camouflage Uniforms Painted White, will debut at Kyiv's Pavilion 13 on September 14, running until November 30, and will explore themes of war and peace through a metal structure inspired by his Divina Proportione series. The third edition of Tokyo Gendai will take place at PACIFICO Yokohama from September 12-14, featuring 65 galleries and introducing a curatorial symposium. Additionally, Colomboscope's ninth edition, "Rhythm Alliances," will occur in Colombo from January 21-31, 2026, under guest curator Hajra Haider Karrar, while Art Collaboration Kyoto will return with 72 galleries from November 14-16, focusing on the theme "2050—Gaze Toward the Future."
