Lynk & Co's 'Time to Shine' Concept Debuts at Beijing Auto Show
During the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, Lynk & Co introduced 'Time to Shine,' a two-door Gran Turismo concept car crafted by its Swedish design team. This model commemorates the brand's tenth anniversary, blending high-performance motorsport elements with Scandinavian minimalism. The design, described as 'sculpted by light,' showcases fluid surfaces and a liquid-metal Apex Blue finish that responds to its surroundings. With a length of 4,780 mm and a wheelbase of 2,750 mm, it features classic long-hood, short-deck proportions. The 2+2 interior boasts White Digital Shimmer leather and Textreme 360 carbon fibre. A Spark Yellow '+' button activates kinetic changes, lowering the chassis by 15 mm and extending the body by 100 mm, achieving a 0–100 km/h time of 2 seconds. In performance mode, the instrument panel and three secondary screens retract to reduce distractions. Developed collaboratively between Gothenburg and China, the project includes Spark Yellow accents that nod to Cyan Racing's nine world championships. Lynk & Co emphasizes 'emotional performance' over sheer speed, utilizing an advanced motion control system and track-inspired chassis to redefine the luxury electric GT segment, focusing on driver experience rather than digital enhancements.
