Lunetta11 and Boscareto Resort Bring Contemporary Art to Langhe

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

The Lunetta11 project, founded by Eva Menzio, Claudia Zunino, and Francesco Pistoi in the ancient hamlet of Lunetta under Mombarcaro, has expanded its collaboration with the five-star Boscareto Resort & SPA in Serralunga d'Alba. The resort's gourmet restaurant La Rei Natura, led by two-Michelin-star chef Michelangelo Mammoliti, now displays works selected by Lunetta11, chef Mammoliti, and owner Valentina Dogliani. Featured artists include Edoardo Manzoni (b. 1993), Ismaele Nones (b. 1992), and Brian Belott (b. 1973), whose works have recently entered the collections of MoMA and the Whitney Museum. The same artists (except Belott) are also part of the third edition of the festival Buona Fortuna Ribelli, running until October 27, which opens churches, chapels, sanctuaries, galleries, gardens, and museums across the Langhe. This year, the festival includes the newly restored Cappella della Sacra Famiglia in Dogliani, designed by 19th-century architect Giovanni Battista Schiellino. The festival aims to promote young international and Italian artists through residencies and exhibitions, creating a cultural network in Italy. The Boscareto Resort, owned by the Dogliani family (also producers of Batasiol wine), features 49 rooms and suites, a spa, and a bistro led by chef Alessandro Capalbo.
