Lunario 2020: A Lunar Calendar by Laura Anastasio and Edizioni Sido

Edizioni Sido has released Lunario 2020, a calendar and design object inspired by the Moon, created by illustrator and graphic designer Laura Anastasio. The calendar features 12 images depicting lunar cycles and significant astronomical events of 2020, blending rural tradition with contemporary rhythms. It uses Pantone silver to honor the Moon's reflections. The project is part of the MRLTN collection, which focuses on literary objects. The name MRLTN derives from Beckett's mirlitons, once overlooked by literati. Edizioni Sido, founded between Chianti, Genoa, and Milan, produces books and literary objects. Andrea Benei, co-founder and editor, previously worked at GRRRz publishing. The calendar is available in Italian bookstores.
