Lucky Red Launches Italian History Podcasts with Star Cast

Lucky Red, in collaboration with Amazon Music, has launched a series of podcasts dedicated to Italian history, literature, current affairs, politics, and crime. The podcasts are available on Amazon Music from September 29, 2023, and on other streaming services from October 13, 2023. Initial episodes include 'Picciotti – La mafia raccontata da Lirio Abbate' on the Corleonesi clan; 'Storyboard' with Gabriele Niola on cinema behind-the-scenes; 'I Maestri dell’inganno' with Valerio Bergesio on famous Italian fraudsters; 'Bad Girls – Da vittime a carnefici' by Antonella Bolelli Ferrera narrated by Isabella Ferrari; 'Diario da un esorcismo' with Marco Bocci based on 1970s psychiatric diaries; and 'Le regole del venerabile' on Licio Gelli and the P2 masonic lodge, narrated by Francesco Montanari. From November 2023, new series will be released: 'Giacinto' with Edoardo Leo on Marco Pannella; 'Refuge' with Chiara Francini on the Refuge LGBT association; 'Fontecupa' by Massimiliano Griner on the Serena Mollicone murder; 'Zodiac e il Mostro di Firenze: la teoria dell’acqua' with Luca Ward; 'Ludwig – Gli eredi del nazismo' with Laura Antonella Carli and Nicolò Tabarelli; and a series by Asia Argento on Italian sexuality inspired by Prime Video's 'Gigolò per caso'.
