Lucio Pozzi: qui dentro/in here at Magazzino Italian Art, New York

From March 7 to June 23, 2025, Magazzino Italian Art in New York will present 'Lucio Pozzi: qui dentro/in here,' a significant exhibition featuring the Milanese artist born in 1935. Curated by David Ebony, alongside Magazzino's artistic director Paola Mura, the showcase includes over thirty pieces that highlight Pozzi's six-decade career, showcasing his innovative approach to abstraction, figuration, photography, and performance. Developed in close partnership with Pozzi, who embraces a fluid mix of ideas and materials, the exhibition encourages viewers to engage with the artwork actively. Ebony emphasizes Pozzi's reputation as a challenging multidisciplinary artist, while the venue’s collection features works by notable Arte Povera artists, situating Pozzi's work amid American Minimalism and Italian Arte Povera.
