Born in Mantua in 1976, Lucia Veronesi investigates landscapes through a range of artistic mediums. She was the recipient of the 12th edition of the Italian Council in 2023. Her notable solo exhibitions include "Da sola nel bosco" (2023), "È successo il mare" (2020), "Fuori una gran notte di stelle" (2016), and "In piena presenza" (2015). Veronesi's videos have been showcased at both the Torino Film Festival and the Montréal Underground Film Festival. In 2011, she established Spazio Punch in Venice, where she co-directed until 2015. She also earned the 69th Premio Michetti in 2018 and the Alida Premian award in 2002.
