Luca Pancrazzi's 'Paesaggio Ciclico Variato' Exhibition in Siena

Luca Pancrazzi's exhibition 'Paesaggio Ciclico Variato' opened in autumn 2020 across two venues in Castelnuovo Berardenga: the Museo del Paesaggio and the Torre dell'Orologio. Curated by Michela Eremita, the show features around thirty small-format works spanning 1983 to the present, including painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, and a sound installation. The sound piece 'Piove o no?', created with composer Mirko Zambelli, is housed in the Torre dell'Orologio and reconstructs the local territory through its noises, voices, and music. The exhibition is promoted by Fondazione Monte dei Paschi and the Comune di Castelnuovo Berardenga. Pancrazzi, born in Figline Valdarno in 1961, uses landscape as a pretext to explore the human relationship with self and environment, projecting his interiority outward through lines and signs.
