exhibition · 2026-04-20

During the 2026 Milan Design Week at Palazzo Serbelloni, Louis Vuitton introduced its new Objets Nomades collection, marking a century since the 1925 International Exhibition of Decorative and Modern Industrial Arts. The event showcased a mix of vintage designs by Pierre Legrain and Charlotte Perriand alongside modern creations from Estudio Campana, Raw Edges, and Franck Genser. A highlight was the Pierre Legrain Homage Collection, featuring a reimagined ebony dressing table and a Riviera chair made from oak, leather, and mother-of-pearl. Legrain’s bookbinding artistry was also reinterpreted into textiles and tableware. Among other notable items were a football table with hand-painted mermaids and the new Collar lounge chair, emphasizing the brand’s travel-themed home decor.
