Louis Malle's 'Elevator to the Gallows' Available on Arte

The classic French film 'Elevator to the Gallows' ('Fahrstuhl zum Schafott') by director Louis Malle is now available on Arte and its media library. The film features Maurice Ronet as Julien Tavernier, a murderer who is wrongly sought for a killing, and Lino Ventura as Inspector Cherrier. The story follows Tavernier's interrogation by Cherrier.
