Lorenzo Gnata's 'Cosmogonie' at Gaggenau Showroom in Milan

exhibition · 2026-04-26

Cramum presents Lorenzo Gnata's first solo exhibition 'Cosmogonie' at the Gaggenau showroom in Milan, coinciding with the launch of Gaggenau's new Expressive refrigeration center. The show runs until July 17, 2025, at Corso Magenta 2. Gnata (born 1997 in Biella) creates works using aerospace 3D drawing techniques, reinterpreting historical masterpieces such as Dürer's 'Melencolia I' (1514), Matisse's 'La Danza' (1910), and de Chirico's 'Le Muse inquietanti' (1917). His practice blends technology and nature, informed by Donna Haraway's concept of respons-ability and Anna Tsing's organic resilience. Creative director Sabino Maria Frassà describes Gnata's approach as 'bucantropic,' merging pastoral and human elements into a radical panism. The installation interacts with Gaggenau's design, creating an immersive experience exploring connections between humans, technology, and environment. Mistral Accorsi, Product & Brand Communication Manager of Gaggenau, notes the collaboration transforms showrooms into incubators of creative contamination.
