Look Closer 02: Hotel SuperOtium in Naples Hosts Art in Guest Rooms
The second edition of Look Closer, curated by Nicola Ciancio, transforms the SuperOtium hotel in Naples into an exhibition space where artworks are displayed inside guest rooms. Nine curators and seven artists explore the boundary between private and shared spaces. Artists include Kobramulata (curated by Dario Biancullo and Lorenzo Xiques López), Libero De Cunzo (curated by Raffaella Morra and Loredana Troise), Adriano Tenore (curated by Francesca Blandino for Collezione Agovino), Chiara Arturo (curated by Pietro Gaglianò), Ciro Battiloro (curated by Ivano Bove for Dispaccio), Nives Widauer (curated by Adriana Rispoli), and Teresa Gargiulo (curated by Galleria Tiziana Di Caro). The hotel, co-founded by Ciancio and Vincenzo Falcione, aims to foster an international community of travelers and creatives. Guests open their rooms to visitors, blurring roles of host and guest. The exhibition runs at SuperOtium in Naples.
