London Galleries Present Major Exhibitions by Huyghe, Richter, Ohtake, Schwindt and Parreno

Hauser & Wirth presents Pierre Huyghe's exhibition 'In. Border. Deep' through 1 November 2014, featuring new works including aquariums replicating Monet's Giverny ponds and the 2014 film 'Human Mask'. Gerhard Richter shows over 40 works at Marian Goodman Gallery's new London space from 14 October to 20 December, including new paintings from his Strip, Flow and Doppelgrau series alongside earlier works and a glass sculpture. Shinro Ohtake's exhibition at Parasol Unit runs from 12 October to 12 December, displaying early, recent and new multimedia works by the Japanese artist admired by William Burroughs. Grace Schwindt's feature-length film installation 'Only a Free Individual Can Create a Free Society' continues at the Showroom through 29 November, exploring freedom through choreography inspired by her German leftwing upbringing. Philippe Parreno's exhibition at Pilar Corrias from 14 October to 14 November includes audio-visual works with a mechanical blind translating exterior sounds and firefly animation. All exhibitions opened in October 2014 during London's gallery season.
