London Art Week 2017: Guide to Fairs and Exhibitions

The 15th edition of Frieze London is set to take place at Regent's Park, under the direction of Victoria Siddall, showcasing 160 galleries from 31 nations. Among the Italian exhibitors are Massimo De Carlo, Fonti, Frutta, Franco Noero, Lorcan O'Neill, Raucci/Santamaria, Lia Rumma, T293, and Federico Vavassori. This year introduces Frieze Talks, curated by Ralph Rugoff, alongside a feminist section curated by Alison M. Gingeras. Frieze Masters, now in its sixth year, features 130 dealers, with sections curated by Sir Norman Rosenthal, including Italian galleries like Antichità Bacarelli and Cardi. The Sunday art fair returns with 25 galleries, while the 1:54 Contemporary African Art Fair celebrates its fifth year with 42 galleries. Additionally, The Other Art Fair includes 130 artists, and Moniker emphasizes urban art. PAD London highlights Italian galleries such as Dimoregallery, Nilufar, Rossana Orlandi, and Repetto.
