Lois Dodd and Ellen Phelan Exhibitions in New York Galleries

Lois Dodd's exhibition 'Flashings' is on view at Alexandre Gallery through October 2, while Ellen Phelan shows at Gasser Grunert Gallery. Other concurrent exhibitions include Laurie Simmons at Salon 94 and Krzysztof Wodiczko at Galerie Lelong. A 40-year survey of Dodd's work is also presented at Calbeck Gallery in Rockland, Maine, this summer. Additionally, 'Will Cotton' runs at Mary Boone Gallery through October 23, and 'Ena Swansea: situation' is at Klemens Gasser & Tanja Grunert through October 9. The New York Studio School hosts 'Lois Dodd: Nudes in the Landscape' from December 4, 2003 to January 17, 2004, while Alexandre Gallery simultaneously presents 'Lois Dodd: Small Paintings' during the same period.
