LJ Studio Creates Unified Sports Motion Design System for French Football Federation

architecture-design · 2026-05-13

LJ Studio has developed a comprehensive sports motion design system for the French Football Federation (FFF), creating a cohesive visual style that adapts to various screen sizes, from large stadium screens for over 80,000 spectators to smaller pitch-side LED displays. Collaborating with AONO Agency and 3D artist Maxime Galy, they followed France’s branding standards. The design prominently features royal blue and gold, with a deep red option for home and away games, ensuring visibility in all environments. The scorebug presents a large condensed score in approximately 300pt, framed in gold on a black backdrop. A realistic 3D Gallic rooster is featured within a gold shield, along with six modular segment badges that incorporate sponsor logos. The design’s modularity enhances its effectiveness for real-world viewing. Check out the full project on Behance.
