Lisa Andreani on Curating, Horoscopes, and Radio Exhibitions

artist · 2026-05-04

Curator Lisa Andreani discusses her practice, rejecting fixed labels and focusing on pop themes to explore political and socio-cultural dimensions. Since April, she has been working on a radio exhibition project with artists Davide Bertocchi, Mirko Canesi, and Mia D. Suppiej, using horoscopes as a lens to investigate Italian artistic practices and moving art outside traditional exhibition spaces into laundromats, bars, and supermarkets. The project is hosted by OC!WR, the web radio of Galleria Più, and featured artists Matteo Cremonesi and Marco Giordano in its first event. Andreani also curated a solo show by Francesco Snote at Edicola Radetzky, and is developing a dialogue with Riccardo Previdi for a project at Quartz Studio in Turin, focusing on the architectural theme of the bubble. Her critical awareness was shaped by Campo, the curatorial practices course at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo. Writing, particularly with KABUL magazine, remains a dynamic and collaborative form for her.
