Liquida Photofestival 2025: Torino ospita la quarta edizione
The fourth edition of the Liquida Photofestival is set to take place in Turin from May 8 to 11, 2025, at the Polo del '900. Under Laura Tota's leadership, this year's theme will be "The Day I Will Remember," focusing on physical archives and the digital transformation of images. A notable exhibition is "What Echoes Remain – Photographs and Archives from Palestine, Ukraine, and Contested Identities," curated by Tota, featuring works by Sofya Chotyrbok, Greg. C. Holland, and Varvara Uhlik, the winner of the Liquida Grant Full Project. The One Shot section will showcase ten winners, including Maria Siorba and Anton Bou. Additionally, the Exhibition area will highlight various artists' proposals. A new initiative called EdiTable will present selected publications and activities for the deaf community in partnership with E-cute, while the festival seeks new collaborations and a more permanent venue for PRS Impresa Sociale.
