Linha House: Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto's Singular Dwelling in Portugal

The Linha House, a residential project spanning 6,803 square feet, has been finalized by the Portuguese architectural firm Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto, with construction concluding in 2025. Tasked with creating a unique living space on a flat, unremarkable urban lot adjacent to a car-friendly street, the project embodies the concept of a future home. Curated by Susanna Moreira and captured through the lens of Ivo Tavares Studio, the design team encompasses Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto for architecture, light design, visual identity, and illustrations, while A A R D é c o managed the interior design. Engineering services were supplied by Fénix Engenharia Civil, addressing civil, acoustic, fluids, and thermal aspects. The house incorporates products from various manufacturers, including Tom Dixon and Arte Internacional.
