Lincoln Center Seeks Senior Director of Production

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is hiring a Senior Director, Production to oversee all live-event production across its 16-acre campus in New York City, including the newly renovated David Geffen Hall. The role, reporting to the Vice President of Performance Operations, will lead a team of 15 full-time administrative staff and numerous technical employees, including IATSE Local One stagehands and Local 306 projectionists. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, budgets, and long-term capital projects, as well as collaborating with Lincoln Center's ten resident organizations and programming department. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 in leadership, and deep knowledge of performing arts production and union agreements. The salary range is $215,000–250,000. The search is conducted by TOC Arts Partners, led by Vice President Eric Gershman. Applications are due by August 17, 2026, for priority consideration.
