Liliana Moro's Sonic and Relational Works at PAC Milan

The PAC in Milan presents a solo exhibition of Liliana Moro (born 1961, Milan), curated by Letizia Ragaglia and Diego Sileo. The show gathers works from different periods, unified by the presence of sound—ambient noises, musical elements, and recorded words—that slow down perception and invite visitors to listen as much as to see. 'La passeggiata' (1988), a series of chained skates, marks the start of her career and was first shown in Novi Ligure during the exhibition 'Politica, del, per o riguardante il cittadino.' This work prefigured her involvement in the artist-run space Lo Spazio di via Lazzaro Palazzi in Milan. Other works like 'In No Time' and 'Avvinghiatissimi' use taut ties to bind found objects, suggesting a forced yet tender embrace.
