Lifestyle by The Great Living Estate: New Luxury Hub in St. Moritz Blends Art, Design, and Fashion

In December 2024, luxury real estate agency The Great Living Estate launched Lifestyle by The Great Living Estate in St. Moritz. The 200-square-meter rationalist space, designed by architect Vitaloni of Vitaloni+Partners, features large windows showcasing Loffredo's artisan furs enriched with Loro Piana fabrics, alongside Italian furniture by Baxter and Antoniolupi. A central convivial table hosts events, and a library-materials library displays Lorenzo Bonotti's marbles. Two large screens present Loffredo's creations and the agency's elite properties. The project collaborates with Deodato Arte gallery, flower designer Vincenzo Dascanio, sauna company Effegibi, watch brand Gerald Charles, GRMountain by Giorgio Rocca, and Magazzino Bracchi for design. Every two weeks on Friday, events combine luxury with creativity across art, design, and fashion, featuring aperitifs by Swiss brand APANI with fine wines, caviar, truffles, and Iberian cured meats. CEO Manuel Tenca describes Lifestyle as a dynamic entity targeting entrepreneurs, decision makers, trend setters, artists, athletes, and bons vivants to create authentic human and business connections. Fashion designer Elpidio Loffredo adds that the space responds to an evolving market where work and networking are increasingly fluid and informal, proposing a new lifestyle model centered on beauty and the value of encounter.
