Liberato's secret revealed in new biopic film

On May 9, known as Liberato Day, the mysterious Neapolitan singer's first biopic, 'Il segreto di Liberato', premieres in Italian cinemas. Directed by Francesco Lettieri, the film mixes animation by illustrator LRNZ and live footage from concerts at Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples and Poggioreale prison. The trailer was released by production company Be Water, revealing little plot but showcasing cyberpunk-style animation. The film debuts at 00:01 on May 9 at The Space Cinema in Fuorigrotta.
