Lévy Gorvy to Open Hong Kong Gallery in March 2019
In March 2019, Lévy Gorvy, the gallery established by Dominique Lévy and Brett Gorvy, will unveil a new location in Hong Kong coinciding with the seventh edition of Art Basel Hong Kong. This 200-square-meter venue, situated on the ground floor of the historic St. George's Building, boasts 3.5-meter ceilings and includes private viewing rooms, a library, a research center, offices, and exhibition spaces. The St. George's Building, constructed in 1904 at the junction of Connaught Road Central and Ice House Street, previously accommodated significant commercial enterprises. The Hong Kong branch, led by Danqing Li, will specialize in modern, postwar, and contemporary art, providing private advisory services.
