Later this year, a nearly identical model of LeBron James' custom Mercedes-Maybach S 680 will be up for auction, with all proceeds directed to the LeBron James Family Foundation. This vehicle will make its first public appearance at the Mercedes-Benz Future Classics Auction House during the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Crafted through Mercedes' Manufaktur Made to Measure program, it boasts a Light Ivory exterior and a Stormy Weather Nappa leather interior adorned with porcelain contrast stitching, along with personalized touches like James' emblem and engravings that pay homage to his hometown of Akron, Ohio. Equipped with a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V-12 engine generating 621 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque, it can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 4.3 seconds. While no auction estimate has been released, the starting price for a Manufaktur model is $300,000. The auction proceeds will aid the foundation's initiatives in education, housing, and healthcare for families and children in Akron.
